Ammini Kumar
CEO / Owner
Ammini S. Kumar, CPA is an experienced accounting professional serving clients in the Ark-La-Tex region since 2003. She started her accounting career in upstate New York after obtaining a bachelor’s degree from Baruch College in the City University of NY system, and soon got her CPA license from New York state. After moving to Louisiana, she got her Master’s in Public Accountancy from Louisiana Tech and then her second CPA license from Louisiana. Over her more than 20 years of accounting experience she has prepared tax returns for individual, partnership, and corporate clients. She also has experience performing audits of local governments, reviews and compilations of small governmental entities, and supervised audit teams in the field. Ammini has helped clients respond to IRS and state notices and provided assistance with preparing tax planning projections for individuals with multiple pass-through businesses and high value individuals. In addition to tax preparation services, she continues to help clients with monthly bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, quarterly reports, and annual reviews and compilations.
Ammini is an active member of the community often helping out at the local food bank and teaching school children about money as part of the Junior Achievement program. She is a member of the Shreveport Symphony Guild and enjoys hiking, travelling, and spending time with her husband, children, and new puppy.
Crystal Whitman

Graduated in 1980, from Hesser College in Manchester, NH with an Associates Degree in Legal Secretary. She has worked at Chad M. Garland, CPA, LLC since February, 2011
Crystal has 32 years experience as a bookkeeper and 38 years experience as an administrative assistant.
